+ Referral code is valid
One of the most important aspect of loyalty programs is the referral program. The advantage of having a referral program is that it benefits both the existing customer as well as the new customer. Customers refer other potential customers by sharing a referral code. It's important to ensure the referral code matches with what's stored in the rule engine. You can create customized rules to verify if the referral code is valid or not as shown below -
+Loyalty Points Redeemed
Frequent customers would prefer to use their loyalty points and redeem it on their purchases. Say, for instance, a customer has 1000 loyalty points and he purchase a product that is worth 900 points for redemption. To check if the customer has valid amount of loyalty points, you can use the + Loyalty Points Redeemed rule in the Rule Builder. If the rule conditions match to "true", the loyalty points will be deducted automatically when the customer has sufficient balance in his loyalty account.
