When a customer profile entry is created, and when you click on the customer entry, you will be able to see additional details such as -
- Customer Attributes
- Customer Loyalty Points
- Customer Coupons
- Customer Referrals
- Customer Sessions
1. Customer Attributes
The customer attributes section provides additional information about the customer such as -
- First Name
- Last Name
- Company Name
- Phone number
- Email id
- Member of the program since (date)
- Total number of orders
- Amount spent on orders
- Available Loyalty points
- Used Loyalty points
- Last Order Date
- Last Seen on (date)
2. Customer Loyalty Points
The customer loyalty points section provides details on the current loyalty points of the customer, and the loyalty points accrual information. The information available are -
- Campaign Name
- Status - Provides information if the loyalty points were Earned or Burnt (Redeemed)
- Points - The number of points accrued or redeemed by the customer
- Order Id
- Date of activity
- Session Reference - Every transaction has a specific session reference id. The session reference contains details about the particular user session such as Session Attributes, Profile Attributes and Session Effects. For more information about Session Reference Id, refer the Sessions section below.
Adjust Balance
The points section also provides an option for users to manually adjust the loyalty points balance for a customer. There may be cases when a correction has to be made to a specific accrual (e.g., by mistake, 500 points are credited instead of 250 points). There may also be cases when the merchant wants to offer a special discount to the customer.
The Adjust Balance capability can be used to perform these changes.
- To add or subtract points, enter the value in the Points Adjustment text box
- Provide a valid reason for the adjustment (e.g., extra points added to make the customer smile). This message is only for internal use.
- You can also choose to leave a customer facing note. Selecting Default description will leave a note description. You can choose to add a Custom Description by entering the text in the space provided. This text will be visible to the customer.
- Once you are done with the changes, click Adjust Points to perform the change
3. Customer Coupons
The Coupons tab will list the coupons that are available for the customer and the corresponding claim status for each code. The information available are -
- Coupon Code
- Coupon Code Status - Provides information if the coupon code is Claimed or Unclaimed
- Campaign Name
- Coupon Type - Shows if the coupon type is Fixed or Percentage based
- Discount - Discount value defined for the coupon code based on coupon type
- Order Id
- Date of activity
- Session Reference - Every transaction has a specific session reference id. The session reference contains details about the particular user session such as Session Attributes, Profile Attributes and Session Effects. For more information about Session Reference Id, refer the Sessions section below.
4. Customer Referrals
The Customer Referrals tab will list the referrals who have become new customers using this customer's referral code.
5. Sessions
The Sessions tab will provide information about the different user profile sessions (as seen above in Customer Loyalty Points and Customer Coupons section). Each session will contain the following information -
- Session Reference Id
- Session Status
- Client Session Reference Id
- Created / Updated On
The More Info field will list the detailed information of the session with the following information - Session Attributes, Profile Attributes, and Session Effects.
