The actions section will list the pre-defined actions that are used in the Rule Builder. These actions can be used when defining rules.
Important: Unlike Facts and Entities, you cannot create new actions. Only the pre-defined action set can be used in the Rule Builder. Pre-defined actions can only be edited, as explained below.
To edit an existing / pre-defined fact, navigate to the Data Settings page. To access the data settings, select "Manage" under your profile name on the top right corner of the 99minds app.
Click Actions from the left menu and you will see the list of actions that are available. Every action will have the following details -
- Action Name - The actual name of the action
- Status - An indicator whether the action is in active or inactive state
- Description - A brief description of the action
- Reference Number - Every action will have a reference number associated with it. Users can search for the action with this reference number.
Search Actions
The search functionality can be used to search for a specific action based on the action name or reference number. Every action created will have a reference number associated with it. Users can search for the action with this reference number.
