Businesses using the 99minds Giftcard Platform can use the rich reporting capabilities of the platform. They can get a thorough assessment of different aspects of their business such as the Product, Giftcard, Brand, Area of Business, Store, Transaction, Member, and Vendors. Businesses can download the information in a CSV format based on the requirement. Businesses can use these reports for different purposes such as auditing, record keeping, business analysis.

By Campaigns
This tab provides detailed information about the campaign for a particular time interval. To generate the report, enter the campaign name in the text field and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Campaign Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details on the gift cards that are a part of the campaign, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, transaction details on all the gift cards.
By Giftcard
There are two sections under the "By Giftcard" tab. On the Left-hand side of the panel, you can generate reports of gift cards based on their status - Zero Value, Inactive, Expired. Select the status from the drop down and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Giftcard Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details on the gift cards based on the selected filter criteria. From the right-hand side of the panel, you can generate reports of gift cards based on a specific card id or card number. Enter the card id or the card number in the text field. Click Giftcard Report to generate the report. By doing this, you can generate report for the particular gift card from the date it was created.
By Brand
This tab provides detailed information about the brands for a particular time interval. To generate the report, enter the brand name in the text field and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Brand Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details such as the type of gift card, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, expiry date, and transaction details on the gift cards that are a part of the brand.
By Transaction
Businesses can generate reports based on the transaction type. Transactions are the operations performed on the Giftcards. You can generate reports for different transactions such as activation, deactivation, blocked, redemption, reload, extend expiry, purchased and amount loaded. Alternatively, you can select "All of the above" to generate report for all the transactions.
Select the transaction type from the drop down and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Transaction Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details of the transactions such as transaction id, date and time of the transaction, area, store, PoS terminal on which the transaction took place, gift card number, type of gift card, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, expiry date, gift card owner name, owner email and owner mobile details.
By Customer
The customers are none other than the Buyers and Owners of the gift cards. The platform provides the feasibility for businesses to generate reports at the customer level. Similar to the "By Giftcard" section, you will find two sections in the "By Customer" tab. On the Left-hand side of the panel, you can generate reports of gift cards based on the customer name for a specific range of time. Enter the customer name and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Customer Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details on the number of gift cards that have been purchased by the selected customer such as name of the customer, email, phone number, gift card number, type of gift card, date of creation of the gift card, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, expiry date, and the transaction type.
From the right-hand side of the panel, you can generate reports with the customer details. Enter the name of the customer and click Customer Report. The downloaded CSV report will provide information about the customer such as customer name, customer email and customer phone number.
By Vendor
Businesses can generate reports based on the vendor. Vendors are the owners of any brand; therefore, businesses can obtain reports about the vendors from this panel. Enter the vendor name in the text field and choose the date range for which you want to generate the report. Click Vendor Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details of the vendors such as vendor name, gift card numbers, type of gift card, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, expiry date, the transaction type and the burn date.
By Batch
Businesses can also generate reports from the gift card batches that are created as part of a campaign. Select the batch by entering a batch name in the text field. Click Batch Report to generate the report. The downloaded CSV report will provide details of the batch such as batch ids of the gift cards, gift card numbers, type of gift card, the currency, value of the gift card, balance amount available on the gift card, expiry date, the transaction type.
