The billing section provides information about the invoices and payment details made by the customer using 99minds gift card platform. There are four pricing tiers in 99minds Gift Card platform - Lite, Basic, Pro and Premium. When you sign up for using the 99minds gift card platform, you will be on a Free Plan. In this plan, you can get started with using the gift card platform and perform the basic configuration setup. However, you will not be able to perform certain specific operations such as import gift cards, access gift card builder section, and so on; and there will be a limit on the number of campaigns/users/integrations. You must upgrade to one of the available plans depending on the business requirement.
In order to perform an upgrade to a higher tier, you MUST have a Payment Method registered in the platform. The Payment Method tab will help you to add a payment method to the system. Once the payment is done, you can see the payment invoice under the Invoices section. The Previous Payments section will provide the list of payments made by the user over a period of time.
In order to be able to upgrade to a higher tier, the first step is to update the payment method. When no payment method is added, you will see a message as "no payment method added". To add a new payment method,
- Enter the Cardholder name
- Enter the Credit or Debit card number, date and month of expiry and the CVV code
- Enter the Billing Address
- Click Save to save the payment method
Once you have saved the payment method, the Current Payment Method screen will display the payment method information. The name of the network payment processor and the last four digits of the card number will be displayed.
The Invoices tab under Billing provides a detailed list of payment invoices that have been generated for the organization. The tab will provide details of the invoice such as invoice id, status of the invoice (whether it has been paid or not), total invoice amount, amount paid as of date, balance amount due, date of issue of the invoice, payment due date, date of payment. Click View to view the details of a particular invoice in detail. The search functionality can be used to search for a specific invoice based on the invoice id.
This tab provides detailed information about the previous payments that have been made for using the gift card platform. The tab will provide details of the payment such as payment status (success or failure), amount paid, date of payment, card details used to make the payment, additional description about the payment. Click View to view any particular payment information in detail. The search functionality can be used to search for additional information of any specific past payment.
As explained earlier, users can upgrade from their free plan to one of the available four tiers - Lite, Basic, Pro, Premium for a fixed cost per month. The recommended upgrade for customers is the Basic plan for $50 a month as it covers pretty much all the basic requirements for managing a gift card portal. However, businesses can choose to upgrade to a higher plan depending on their requirement.
The upgrade process is very simple. Click the Upgrade button at the bottom of the pricing tier (of your choice). You will see a pop-up with the details of the new selected plan, estimated monthly cost, payment details.
