One can use Omnisend to send 99minds transactional emails.
Transactional emails include the following:
- Email sent when a gift card is purchased.
- Email sent when a gift card is sent as a gift.
- Email sent when a gift card is redeemed.
How does it work?
Every time a gift card is purchased, gifted, and redeemed, 99minds sends an event to Omnisend which can be used in your flows to send emails.
Following are the events sent by 99minds to Omnisend:
|99minds Order Placed||Every time a new gift card order is created.|
|99minds Gift Sent||Every time a gift card is sent as a gift (to be delivered to buyer)|
|99minds Gift Received||Every time a gift card is received as a gift (to be delivered to the receiver)|
|99minds Giftcard Redeemed||Every time a gift card is redeemed.|
To deliver an email for each of the above events you would first need to Create a Flow
First, Go to Settings - > Click on Manage Omnisend -> Enable Transactional Events Settings
Next, To create a flow Click on Automation -> New Workflow - >Create custom WorkFlow
Next, click the email action box, Drag the Email action to the correct location as shown below. Next, Add in the Subject -> Add in the Preheader -> Add in the Senders Name and Email -> Click on the Edit Content and Save
After doing so, choose how you'd like to design your email.
You can now see that the event is enabled.
